One subscription. Everything included.
There are no self-serve seats to buy right now. Every customer works with us directly: we deploy redfly alongside your database and keep it running as your schema and traffic change. Here is how the price is set.
A subscription, not a one-off
Keeping a cache in step with a live database is continuous work, so redfly is something you subscribe to rather than buy once. Minimum twelve-month term. Not per seat, not per request.
Annual or monthly
Pay for the year up front at the lower rate, or monthly across the same term for a little more.
Everything is included
The redfly API, the Sync Service, read acceleration with automatic database fallback, and an architecture review against your own schema before anything is deployed.
Support is part of the price
Monitoring, tuning, schema changes, upgrades and product improvements are all included for as long as you subscribe, with direct access to the engineers who built it. That is the point of a subscription rather than a licence.
You run the infrastructure
redfly runs in your own cloud account, so there is no hosting markup in our price. We size that footprint during the architecture review, and the savings we quote are already net of it.
Proof before commitment
No free trial and no self-serve signup. Instead: a live product you can use today, and an architecture review against your own schema before anything is deployed.
We price it this way because we have run these systems ourselves. Years of designing, building and operating synchronized databases under heavy production load taught us that sync is not fire-and-forget. Schemas drift, traffic patterns change, load moves around, and something always needs attention.
Design-partner pricing is an early-customer rate, held for the length of your contract, and the programme is not open indefinitely. Contracts and invoicing come direct from redfly; enterprise terms, procurement and security review go through enterprise@redfly.ai.

How fast you go live depends on how close your stack is to ours. SQL Server on Azure with C# goes live right away; everything else follows a clear order of preference. redfly deploys into your own cloud account, into redfly's cloud as a fully managed service, or onsite.
