Central visibility from the systems your warehouses already run.
Onsite servers shed reporting load to stay resilient during peaks.
Every warehouse keeps the system it trusts. Centralized data, up to date in minutes, that your reports read instead of the warehouse.
- 10B+ rows synced across 100+ sites
- Offline support
- High-latency network connections
- Spotty Internet
- Site-specific encryption
- Production grade
- Black Friday peaks
- Cyber Monday peaks
What we do
- Only changes
- Compressed
- Encrypted per site
- Offline support
What we designed for.
Six realities of multi-site operations that shaped how this works.
Every site is an island
Different systems, versions and ages. Nothing adds up.
Reports stop at the site fence
Head office waits for spreadsheets, then argues about them.
Nobody wants to touch what works
Replacing the warehouse system is a year of disruption for no new revenue.
The link outside is not always good
Work cannot stop because the internet dropped.
The cloud copy costs more than the answers
A cloud database per site, every month, forever, for a few reports.
Building it yourself takes years
Offline sites, deleted rows and silent failures make the plumbing hard.
In plain terms.
A small service runs inside your network
Beside the warehouse database. Data goes out; nothing reaches in.
Changes arrive centrally within a couple of minutes
Every changed row, compressed and encrypted per site, stamped with where it came from.
Your reports read from one place
Dashboards and portals point at the central copy, not at each warehouse.
Why the bill stays small.
The cost is not the moving. It is the keeping.
Only what changed is sent
Not a full copy every night.
Spend hundreds, not thousands
Document storage, not a costly cloud database.
No new license per site
No database engine per warehouse.
Your account, your rates
Runs in your own cloud account, at your negotiated rates.
Built for the bad days, not the demo.
The link drops
Changes wait at the site and go when it is back.
Something restarts
Each table picks up exactly where it stopped.
Rows get edited and deleted
Edits and deletes carry through, not just new rows.
The site gets busy
Dynamic throttling to preserve operational database performance under load.
This is not our first warehouse.
"Once you set it up, it just works. We never have problems afterward."
"They worked diligently with us over multiple Black Fridays and Cyber Mondays. Now it works like a well oiled machine."
"During our time with this system, we saw everything break down. Sync worked perfectly throughout."
Built on the infrastructure you already trust
Building a product that runs in warehouses?
Your product runs at customer sites with its own database. redfly keeps a central copy of every site current within a couple of minutes; you build the cloud features.
How it works →Who we are looking for.
A small number of logistics companies, starting with one site.
More than one site
Several warehouses, and no way to see across them.
SQL Server, MongoDB or Postgres
Any of the three at the site.
One IT contact at one site
One person who can get us onto one site.
Happy to start small
One site, one set of tables, then roll out at your pace.
A contract to start, then a subscription: managing sync is a full-time job. See how pricing works
A contract to start. A subscription to run it.
There are no self-serve seats to buy. Every customer works with us directly: we deploy redfly, keep it running as sites and schemas change, and stay reachable.
A contract, then a subscription
Managing sync is a full-time job, so after the contract redfly continues as an annual or monthly subscription. Not per seat, not per request.
Annual or monthly
Pay for the year up front at the lower rate, or monthly for a little more.
Support is part of the price
Monitoring, tuning, schema changes, upgrades and product improvements are all included for as long as you subscribe, with direct access to the engineers who built it.
Your own cloud account, by preference
No hosting markup in our price. Fully managed by redfly and onsite are also available.
An architecture review first
Before anything is deployed we review your sites with you and agree what the first deployment covers. The review is part of the design-partner contract.
No free trial
No free trial and no self-serve signup. Instead: a live product, an architecture review against your own situation, and a first site before anything wider.
What it covers
The site service at every site you roll out, the cloud receiver and central store, monitoring, backfill and recovery, and the architecture review. It is sized by the number of sites and agreed at the review; you start with one site and add sites at your pace.
Design-partner pricing is an early-customer rate, held for the length of your contract, and the programme is not open indefinitely. Contracts and invoicing come direct from redfly; enterprise terms, procurement and security review go through enterprise@redfly.ai.
Your warehouses, your data, one view.
Start with one site and see it working before you commit to anything wider.
